Therapy
FOR INDIVIDUALS and COUPLES
Change is possible and it starts with one small step at a time.
You’re holding it together so well on the outside, but inside, it feels like you’re barely keeping your head above water. At work, you’re steady, composed—the one everyone looks to for answers. But at home, with the people who matter most, the stress and exhaustion bubble over. You find yourself snapping, feeling guilty, and wondering, Why can’t I be the same calm, clear person here?
It’s not just frustration, though, is it? It’s this deeper sense of exhaustion—the kind that doesn’t go away with a weekend or a night out. You crave breathing room, time to reset, but when you manage to find it, it never feels like enough. It’s like you’re stuck on autopilot, reacting instead of truly living, and the voice in your head is harsh and unrelenting. You’re tired of hearing it, tired of living like this.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Jessica, and I can help.
I see you. I see how hard you’re working, only to feel like you’re spinning your wheels. I see your deep desire for more fulfilling relationships—with your partner, your kids, your friends—and for more connection and compassion toward yourself. Change is possible, and it doesn’t require perfection or huge leaps. It starts with one small step at a time.
Let’s explore how therapy, with the right balance of practical tools and meaningful connection, can help you feel more at ease today, tomorrow, and beyond.
I work with adults who are ready to take a closer look at the patterns that no longer serve them—patterns that might feel automatic but keep getting in the way of the life and relationships they want. Together, we’ll explore what you’ve been carrying, tune into the needs and desires that often go unmet, and uncover new ways of showing up for yourself and the people you care about. We’ll focus on creating manageable changes that bring relief, connection, and a greater sense of ease.
Therapy with me is consistent and intentional. My clients come weekly so that we can build a rhythm to the work that allows for real progress. I understand how your independence and problem-solving instincts might make reaching out for support feel uncomfortable. But I’ve seen again and again how transformative it can be to create a space where you’re seen, heard, and given permission to pause and reflect.

When first starting out, I have found that meeting every week is the most effective. We can find the same time each week to make it consistent and reschedule if/when needed. Engaging in therapy on a consistent, weekly basis is effective for building our relationship and creating some momentum from which to work.
-
There are a number of factors that contribute to the length of therapy. These include your presenting concerns, needs, and goals. We will discuss this throughout our time together. I am most interested in helping you achieve your goals, if it seems like you are not making progress or I am not the right therapist for you we can discuss referrals to other providers.
