Hi, I’m Jessica, and I can help.

As a therapist, a practitioner of The Tools, and a Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach, I specialize in helping clients break free from unhelpful patterns. While mindset coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy, it can provide practical and effective strategies for transforming your relationships, wellbeing, and performance. Through our collaboration you can move closer to where you want to be, toward a vision of your life that you know is possible.

Together, we will explore and identify areas for growth and develop actionable steps toward meaningful change. I’m here to support you on your journey toward greater ease and connection.

During the Saboteur Discovery session we will discuss your specific results, learn more about the origins of saboteurs, and explore your goals and how PQ coaching can support you.

  • No. While mindfulness can support your growith, PQ coaching includes simple, science-backed exercises that fit into your daily routine - no meditation required (unless you want to!).

  • Absolutely. PQ training is widely used in leadership and workplace settings to enhance productivity, reduce burnout, and improve team dynamics.

  • My fee is $225 for a 50-minute session.

  • All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance of your session time. If your session is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
