Hi, I’m Jessica. I specialize in helping women navigate the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood. I have also been through it myself - and have faced my own fertility struggle that eventually transitioned into the ongoing process of becoming and being a mother.
You don’t need to have a “diagnosis” to get support. If you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just craving someone who gets what this feels like, I’m here. Therapy with me is warm, grounding, and deeply validating. You can show up messy. You can bring all of it.
Together, we’ll slow things down, untangle the overwhelm, and help you reconnect to your sense of self. This isn’t about “fixing” you - because you’re not broken. It’s about creating space for healing, grieving, and rediscovering your inner voice.
