Hi, I’m Jessica.
I’m here to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and transformation are possible. I’m deeply invested in this work because I have witnessed firsthand the change that can happen when you feel seen, heard, and fully supported to explore and think about your life - a space where you can take time to pause and reflect.
Psychotherapy
I look forward to getting to know you - your unique story, perspective, and the many layers that make you who you are. We are all more than just a collection of symptoms or challenges and together, we will explore the different pieces of your story, connecting the dots to identify areas that need attention while also recognizing what is already working well. As a therapist, I am interested in thinking with you to understand how your past informs your present and, when the time is right, to develop actionable steps that can bring relief and meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and deeply rooted in the relational aspects of life - your relationship with yourself and with others. It is informed by my education, training, and experience and draws upon psychodynamic and relational therapy approaches as well as the integration of practical strategies, drawn from mindset coaching, to help create more moments of ease, relief and connection in your daily life. When helpful, I incorporate practices from The Tools (developed by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels) to provide quick practices to use when addressing challenges in the moment. Psychotherapy is for those who reside within the state of California and sessions can be held virtually or in-person in my Los Gatos office. Mindset Coaching
While therapy focuses on healing and emotional well-being, mindset coaching is designed for individuals seeking to actively create positive change in their lives. Mindset coaching offers a supportive space to explore and reshape your inner dialogue. We'll work collaboratively to address self-doubt, cultivate self-compassion, and develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset. This process is about empowering you to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach to coaching is warm, collaborative, and proactive. Utilizing mindset coaching practices from The Tools (developed by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels) and/or from the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program (developed by Shirzad Chamine) we will work to build powerful habits of mind that can have a transformative effect on your life and relationships, both personally and professionally. Mindset coaching sessions are offered virtually or in-person in my Los Gatos office. Please note that coaching is separate from therapy and does not replace it.
